NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Yolo will receive sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of the Public Contract Code from contractors licensed for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, mobilization, demobilization, permitting, disposal and any other required services for the performance of the following Work: Yolo County Roads Department Tenant Improvement

The extent of work is identified in the Technical Specifications Volume II.

Work of this Contract consists of the renovation of the Yolo County Roads Building into updated classroom areas and related spaces. Renovation to All Gender accessible restroom and locker room, updated break area, additional office, and conditioned classroom space, canopy carport, made solar ready, asphalt and hardscape, and related work located at 284 West Beamer Street, Woodland, California.

Sealed bids shall be filed with Yolo County General Services Department, Procurement Division, located at 120 West Main Street, Suite C, Woodland, CA 95695, before 2:00pm on Thursday July 16, 2026

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00am on Thursday June 25, 2026, at the project site, located at 284 West Beamer Street, Woodland, CA 95695.
