Yeti Beverage Insulators

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of a quantity of 1,700 GREEN Yeti® 335ml Beverage Insulators (Colster®), each with a laser engraved SIGA rewards logo, to be shipped to the SIGA Central Office (Option 1) or each of the SIGA seven (7) casino locations (Option 2).

Special Instruction to Bidders:

All bids to be in Canadian Dollars $CAD.
Bid pricing to include all fees, taxes, shipping/delivery, etc. with no additional costs to SIGA.
Please provide the guaranteed delivery date of expected receipt of full order by, as below.
Substitutions of brand will be allowed, of similar specifications and quality. All quoted specifications to be included in bid. All Yeti® brand products to be authentic, imitations will not be accepted.
Materials: insulated 18/8 stainless steel.
Production Logo file will be provided in the appropriate format to awarded vendor.
SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable.
Colour of beverage insulators must be KEY LIME GREEN (or equivalent colour).
In order to fulfill quantities for required timelines, multiple bids from multiple vendors may be accepted.
Complete order required by the stated delivery date by the vendor.
Awarded vendor must provide Digital proofs to be approved by SIGA, prior to production.
Vendor to provide shipping quotes on two options: 1. Direct to SIGA Central office or 2. Direct to each casino site. SIGA will determine delivery option 1 or 2 to the awarded vendor.
