The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) as represented by the Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Northwest Territories Liquor & Cannabis Commission (the "NTLCC") is requesting Proposals from interested Proponents for the provision of a building lease for Yellowknife Liquor Store Lease Location #2 as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
The estimated contract period will be 120 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/01.
