This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued



RFQ W9124X-25-Q-A005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Any responsible offeror with an active registration for contract awards in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) meeting the set-aside criteria may submit a quote for consideration.



This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01 effective 11/12/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 11/25/2024.
