The objective of this Statement of Work is to dictate the lodging and catering requirements for the 927 CSSB and1153rd FI Yellow Ribbon Event with 150 total guests. The final number of attendees requiring lodging will be finalized on January 2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure all requirements are met. Lodging and parking will be secured by the contractor with oversight from the Yellow Ribbon Coordinator.Q1- Can you please confirm what type of lodging rooms you are requesting? Rooms with a King bed?
