The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona Division) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research and to inform industry that the Government intends to award on a brand name basis for RECSOLU, Inc., DBA Yello for the purchase of renwal of Yello Government Recruiting Solution. software liscenses

In accordance with (IAW) RFO FAR 5.101(c) , this posting contains all elements. It is requested that all interested Small Business concerns, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), respond with a Capability Statement in order for the Government to determine the Sole Source Nature of this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All requests must include company name, address, POC name, telephone number, fax number, cage code, Business size, county and UEI number. Any inquires that do not contain the specifications above may not receive a response. No telephone requests. Any inquiries into this notice shall be by email to the Point of Contact identified in the SAM.gov posting. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV) website for additional information related to this sources sought notice.
