Milestones are recognized every five years from 5 through 50 years of service. The Years of Service (YOS) Awards Program supports WMATA's Strategic Transformation Plan under the Talented Teams initiative. The program recognizes employees for long-term dedication and service, reinforcing a culture of appreciation, retention, and pride.
