Lewisville Independent School District ("LISD", "District") is a Texas public school located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, encompasses approximately 127 square miles, and has approximately 47,000 students and 6,400 staff members.
As part of the 2024 Bond Program, Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) for the renovation of one middle school track and one high school track. The selected contractor will be responsible for completing the renovations at both campuses listed below.
School campus locations included in this project:
1. Harmon High School - 1250 W. Round Grove Rd, Lewisville, TX
2. Shadow Ridge Middle School - 2050 Aberdeen Dr, Flower Mound, TX
This request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) follows Government Code 2269.
Estimated construction/public works costs (subject to change): $850,000. This number will change as the project is developed but should be used as an estimate for this CSP.
The estimated completion date for this project: The project must be completed by
August 1, 2026.
The architect drawings and specifications are provided by LISD's Civil Engineering firm, Teague Nall & Perkins for this project as outlined in the design documents (attached under the "Attachments" tab of this proposal). |
