4 Year System Wide Curtain Grouting Contract

The Work shall include chemical grouting for leak mitigation at Authority locations to meet the watertightness performance requirements in this Specification. The Work consists of, but is not limited to:

1. preparation of concrete surfaces;
2. leak/crack inspections;
3. drilling of grout holes;
4. performance of pre-grouting water injection tests;
5. injection of chemical grout using positive side grouting;
6. re-grouting as required;
7. patching all drill holes;
8. clean-up, coordination with the Project Manager and the Authority, and documentation.
