7-YEAR ROADWAY ANALYSIS AND DISTRESS SURVEYS COUNTY ROADS

The County of Orange, OC Public Works (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) to perform StreetSaver® pavement distress surveys in accordance with ASTM 6433 on the roadway in the unincorporated portions of Orange County for a six-year period beginning in FY 2025-2026 through FY 2031-2032. The pavement distress surveys, and corresponding Pavement Management Plan Reports shall be completed for the OCTA reporting years of 2027, 2029, and 2031. For years 2026, 2028 and 2030 a StreetSaver® update with completed resurfacing projects and report generations is also required.

Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The proposed schedule below is subject to change. Any changes to the schedule for the RFP process will be issued to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal.
