12,000 Year History Park Visitors Center Request for Pre-Qualifications

The City of Cayce has determined that all contractors must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid on the above-named project. Qualified contractors must fully complete the qualification questionnaire, provide requested materials, and be approved by the City to be eligible to submit a bid.

The project involves construction of the 3,800 SF 12,000 Year History Park Visitors Center located along Fort Congaree Trail. The building will include exhibition spaces, storage, offices, restrooms, exterior improvements such as 110 car parking, landscaping, irrigation, trails, an amphitheater, and boardwalks. The Visitors Center will facilitate educational, historical, and ecological programming, connecting visitors to Cayce’s significant archaeological sites and natural resources.
