YARDI HOUSING AND VOUCHER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced partner to provide ongoing support, advisory services, maintenance assistance, and implementation support for CHA’s Yardi Housing and Voucher Management System.

The selected partner will assist with current implemented modules, modules scheduled for implementation, and defined PHA‑related implementation activities. The purpose of this engagement is to ensure stable, compliant, and efficient system operations across CHA’s Yardi environment.

The Not-to-Exceed amount for this project is $150,000.00 per year. The term of this contract for 3 years.

Bid Forms and specifications will be available at www.procore.com on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM (may be downloaded and viewed electronically).

Proposal Requirements. Proposals will be received ELECTRONICALLY by 02:00 PM on Thursday March 12, 2026.  Vendors should e-mail their Qualifications Proposal to Purchasing, procurement@cambridge-housing.org and Cost Proposal SEPARATELY to Sasha Sarchioni, ssarchioni@cambridge-housing.org .  In the body of each e-mail, vendors should clearly identify the Qualifications Proposal or Cost Proposal with the name of the firm. All proposals received will become the property of the Cambridge Housing Authority and will not be returned to the proposer.  Any modification or withdrawal of proposals shall be made in writing and received by the CHA prior to the time and date the proposal is due.

Clarifications.  Questions or requests for further information must be submitted in writing to the attention of All2026yardi@cambridge-housing.org no later than 2:00pm on Friday March 6, 2026. No inquiry received after the stated deadline will be considered.
