TN-DALE HOLLOW NFH - HVAC Purchase & Install

The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide answers to received questions. See attachment Amend2_140FC124Q0032_QA.

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to re-open the solicitation and extend the bid deadline to 15 November 2024.

The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery has a need for a heating/cooling system with installation for a 4,000 sq ft metal building with concrete slab and R17 installed insulation.

Per the requirements of FAR 36.204, the project range is estimated to be below $25,000.00.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered. Offers received from concerns that are not Small Business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.

The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value basis after consideration of price and factors other than price (Technical and Past Performance) as listed in the Request for Quotation (RFQ)/Solicitation. See Terms and Conditions (Contract Clauses), Sections L and M, for the Submission Requirements and Evaluation Factors for Award.

Offerors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000 requires submission of a Payment Bond. Any amount over $150,000 requires both Payment and Performance bonds.
