The NYC Department Of Probation (DOP) is releasing a concept paper to obtain feedback that will assist with the development of an upcoming request for proposals (RFP)  for intensive family and individual therapy services. The Mobile Adolescent Crisis Therapy Program is an innovative approach designed to address the complex mental health and substance abuse needs of justice-involved youth in New York City. This program seeks to reduce recidivism by providing accessible, community-based therapeutic services to young people aged 12-19, who are at risk of further delinquency or violating the terms of their alternative sanctions.

All feedback or questions to the concept paper must be submitted via the City's digital procurement system through responding to the questions tab. If you do not already have a PASSport account, select the tab "click to create a PASSport Account" on that page. All comments and feedback regarding this Concept Paper are due no later than 2:00PM on February 27, 2026.

Anticipated Number of Awards: Up to 4.
