Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Health Department intends to enter into negotiations for an agreement with Dynex Technologies for 6 years, to provide testing instruments – (Dynex DSX, DS2, and Agility Automated ELISA Systems), which will be utilized in the NYC Public Health Laboratory (PHL) for serology testing on MMRV (Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella Zoster Virus) to help diagnose or monitor the immune status (Vaccinated and Non-vaccinated) of these contiguous diseases.

The NYC Health Department has determined that Dynex Technologies is the sole producer and distributer of the Dynex DSX, DS2, and Agility Automated ELISA Systems. The installation and service on Dynex equipment are proprietary. There are no other authorized resellers or providers for these instruments.
