06926Y0378-Software Subscription and Support of Print to Mail Automation on Unix and Windows platforms

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs).

DSS/ ITS is requesting the Software Subscription and Support of Print to Mail Automation on Unix and Windows platforms .  The anticipated contract period of performance is from 05/01/2026 to 04/30/2027.

The use of the Print-to-Mail application helps create and process mailings electronically, clarify mailing addressed and update addresses based on relocations, this subscription and support services are very critical to the mailing operations of DSS’s central mailing system as important notices and checks are being mailed to the agency’s client population. This software also provides Presort Accuracy, Validation, and Evaluation (PAVE) and Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) postal reports. As a result of utilizing this software. DSS obtains substantial mailing discounts in addition to increased mail integrity.

Vendors will have access to all documents as well as proposal instructions of how to submit responses through PASSPort.

The bid closes on Monday, January 05, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
