This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions .

The City of New York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is soliciting from Minority and/or Women-owned Enterprises (“M/WBE Vendors”) who can provide the renewal and upgrade subscription SHAREFILE premium as listed on this request needed for the agency IT Department.  This request is for the item(s) listed below where cost must not exceed $100,000.00.

Delivery Terms: Within three (3) business days from receipt of contract completion unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties
