The New York City Department of Sanitation (“DSNY”) is seeking an appropriately qualified vendor (the “Contractor”) to provide the labor, vehicles, equipment, materials, and expertise required to remove, transport, and Process Scrap Tires.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, as provided for in Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City-Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).

Please submit your bids by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab. Vendor resources and materials can be found under the Finding and Responding to RFx heading. If you need additional assistance with PASSPort, please contact the MOCS Service Desk at Help@mocs.nyc.gov.
