Greetings,
The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services to install a new Restroom Facility at The Pamoja House Homeless Shelter including new toilets, new sinks and new showers. The current toilets, sinks and showers are falling apart. This project involves installing 20 toilets (2 being ADA accessible), 20 new showers (2 being ADA accessible) and 22 new sinks (2 are in the ADA bathrooms). This new restroom facility is being installed in a portion of the building currently used for storage. The project originally included installing a Fire Alarm System but that portion was removed, back boxes for a future fire alarm system will be installed as well.
