This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs).

The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE contractors for Drain Cleaning Services Services for a Firm Fixed Price to include but not limited to all labor, all parts, all materials, all tools, all equipment, all supervision, all related services, incidentals and all related items necessary to complete the requested services for all OCME locations with the five (5) boroughs of NYC as per the specifications contained in this solicitation.
