This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs).

DSS/ ITS is requesting the Purchase of Maintenance and Support Service for Schneider Electric (APC) .  The anticipated contract period of performance is from 06/01/2026 to 05/31/2030.

ITS is requesting to purchase "Maintenance / Support Services – Schneider Electric (APC) SKU Numbers". Establishing a service, maintenance and testing program is essential in creating a highly reliable power system for your critical loads, affording maximum uptime and availability. A Pre-contract Audit, Modular Power Revitalization Service, Full String Battery Replacement and 2-5 Year Service and Maintenance coverage for the Symmetra PX UPS System located at 151 East 151st Street, Bronx, NY 10452-5248.

Symmetra 40K: THORC456 at Floor 4 Row 1 Rack 2 UPS
Symmetra 20K: THORC456 at Floor 6 Rack 1 UPS
Symmetra 20K: THORC456 at Lower Level

Vendors will have access to all documents as well as proposal instructions of how to submit responses through PASSPort.

The bid closes on Friday, January 09, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
