05726Y0583-057260000578 - Preventative Maintenance for ZOLL Portable Ventilators

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the New York City Fire Department intends to enter into Sole Source negotiations with  ZOLL Medical Corporation, to provide Preventive Maintenance for Portable Ventilators manufactured by ZOLL Medical Corporation, which are located at Fire Department facilities throughout the five (5) boroughs of New York City.

Any vendor, besides ZOLL Medical Corporation, who is authorized by the manufacturer to provide these services is invited to express their interest by submitting a response to this RFI in PASSPort.
