Periodic Cleaning Services for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and Other Areas at the New York City Department of Sanitation Transfer Stations.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method in Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City-Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).

This contract may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions.

The award will be made based on the responsive and responsible bid with the lowest total bid price.

Please submit your bids by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab. Vendor resources and materials can be found under the Finding and Responding to RFx heading.
