The New York City Law Department (Law Department) is seeking proposals for preventative maintenance, repairs, and remedial emergency servicing of independent air conditioning systems located at: 233 Broadway, New York, NY; 60 Bay Street, Staten Island, NY; 260 East 161th Street, Bronx, NY; 350 Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY; and 1 Pierrepont Plaza, Brooklyn, NY.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
