This Nursing and Support Services Concept Report is the precursor to a forthcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) expects to release in the summer of 2025.

ACS seeks a qualified provider to provide nursing services and related support services for children and youth entering ACS’s care to ensure that such children and youth receive appropriate health services in accordance with the law, ACS policies and procedures, and nationally recognized standards for pediatric care as defined by the American Academy of Pediatrics. The medical staff will be responsible for conducting triages, prescribing and dispensing medications, medical care, and case management.  Nursing staff will also review medical records, collect information, and provide clinical consultations.  ACS is looking to contract with a provider to provide NPs, RNs, MAs, LPNs, PCAs, CNAs, and clerical staff, full time and per diem, on a 24/7 day basis.
