Pursuant to PPB Rules Section 3-05(b)(2), that there is only one source to work closely with City agencies and the Mayor’s Office, with the goal of developing and fostering public-private partnerships on behalf of the City of New York. The Fund, working closely with City agencies and the Mayor’s Office, engages philanthropy, the business sector, civic investors, and the broader public in support of innovative programs and projects that address some of the most pressing issues facing New York City residents and communities. The Mayor’s Fund is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Mayor.

The Office of the Mayor intends to enter into sole source negotiations with the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City with the goal of developing and fostering public-private partnerships on behalf of the City of New York.  The Fund will work closely with City agencies and the Mayor’s Office, engages philanthropy, the business sector, civic investors, and the broader public in support of innovative programs and projects that address some of the most pressing issues facing New York City residents and communities.

Any firm who believes it is qualified to provide these services is invited to do so.  Please indicate your interest by responding to the RFI, EPIN #:  00225Y0265 in Passport no later than May 30, 2025, at 2 PM.
