PRESOLICITATION NOTICE
This notice serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for construction Project #668-23-101 Construct Chiller Plant and Cooling Towers, located at the Mann-Grandstaff Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Spokane, WA.
