Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”) to enter into sole source negotiations with NCS Pearson Inc with the expectation that NCS Pearson Inc will be awarded a three year contract with three, 3-Year renewal options for the purchase of  Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-3 ( MMPI-3) Examination kits. The basis of this determination is that NCS Pearson Inc is the sole provider and uniquely qualified to provide these specialized goods for NYPD’s Personnel Bureau.
