80125Y0082-M/WBE NON-COMPETITIVE SMALL PURCHASE FASTTRAC Program

SBS is seeking a qualified vendor ( “ Consultant ” or “Contractor) to manage the SBS FastTrac program. The Consultant will be responsible for planning the logistics and scheduling of FastTrac cohorts (“Cohorts”). This will include, but not be limited to, securing facilitators, speakers, subject matter experts, materials, and other resources prior to the start of each fiscal year (beginning on July 1st of every year). They will be expected to identify and collaborate with subject matter experts who can share their knowledge during key sessions during the Cohort, covering areas such as financial management, digital marketing, market research, and more.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. The procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000.00, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments and extensions.
