82725Y0381-HERBICIDE SPRAYING OF CITY THOROUGHFARES AND FACILITIES

The New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY) is seeking a Contractor to perform application of herbicide products to control the growth of undesired vegetation along City thoroughfares and adjacent to DSNY buildings/property, in accordance with its detailed specifications and the rules, regulations, guidelines governing the application of such products promulgated by the federal, State, and local governments. It is essential that there is strict adherence to all safety and application requirements in using any specific pesticide product as specified in the guidelines/regulations.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City-Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs).
