The New York City Department of Small Business Services intends to enter into sole source negotiations to purchase economic development services from the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation with experience and in-house expertise in a wide variety of economic
development services not limited to serving as the City’s representative in connection with all
industrial, commercial, waterfront, maritime and any other development projects in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Any firm or organization that believes it is qualified and has the in-house expertise to provide such economic development services or would like to provide such services in the future is invited to express an interest. Please indicate your interest and qualifications in PASSPort via EPIN 80126Y0086.
