Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, New York City Police Department (“NYPD”) intends to enter into sole-source negotiations with Cognyte with the expectation that Cognyte will be awarded a three-year contract with the NYPD to provide FalcoNet software and hardware products, on-site training, warranty and support services. The NYPD believes that all products and support services are exclusively provided by Cognyte.  Any vendor besides Cognyte that believes it can provide FalcoNet software and hardware products, on-site training, warranty and support services tailored to meet NYPD’s needs is invited to do so. To respond in PASSPort, please upload an Expression of Interest in the Documents Submission Section of the Manager Responses tab. If you have any questions about the details of the RFx, please submit them through the Discussion with Buyer tab.
