Place of Performance:
The purpose of this sources sought notice is for Market Research purposes ONLY to determine small business interest and small business set-aside types.
Interest is being sought from responsible vendors to repair permanent fence to continue current grazing rotations and to construct temporary livestock fences to allow for a temporary grazing rest within burned areas while still maintaining grazing on the unburned portions of the fire areas. Modify and/or repair 207.16 miles of existing permanent fence to repair wildfire damage. The extent of the damage to the permanent fence varies throughout different fire areas. Construction of 3.57 miles of new temporary fence to allow for a temporary rest of the burned areas.
The project is on lands administered by the Vale District (DOI) within Malheur County and Baker County, Oregon.

The government estimates the magnitude of construction to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
