Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for the requirement to retrofit a radiology room at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, Palo Alto, California. The project will consist of the following:

The general scope of work is to include all material, supplies, equipment, labor, oversight, and administration to install a functioning complete room.

Radiology Room:
General Contractor and all subcontractors shall coordinate with Philips Healthcare, the vendor providing and installing the X-Ray equipment, as required to complete the work.
General Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace existing flooring, casework, painting, and other tasks associated with the installation of new medical equipment.
The General Contractor shall be responsible for everything that refer to customer and contractor .
Furnish labor and equipment to core drill as required for under slab conduits and boxes.

This procurement is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39.5M.

Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is January 23, 2025, and closes February 11, 2025, at 8:00 AM Pacific Time. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.

Site Visit:
A site visit will be scheduled, and the date will be posted with the Request for Proposal.
