78125Y0042-DOP CONNECT System Sole Source

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the PPB Rules, the NYC Department of Probation intends to enter into a sole source contract with Community Software Solutions Inc. The vendor will provide licenses, hosting, maintenance and modification services for the DOP CONNECT system. DOP Connect has been customized to match particular needs of NYCDOP and their client interactions. In particular the system was customized to capture the unique data elements surrounding clients, activities, time and attendance, milestones and seamlessly integrate with the stipend payment module of system when needed with client progression within the NYCDOP programs.
DOP has determined that Community Software Solutions Inc is the only source for these services as they are the sole owner of the proprietary DOP Connect system and all associated code. The term of the contract is anticipated to be July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Organizations interested in receiving information regarding this solicitation or future solicitations may email aqjackson@probation.nyc.gov.
