Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Investigation intends to enter into negotiations for an agreement with DomainTools to procure DomainTools Iris Investigate subscription for a two-year period. DomainTools provides an enterprise solution that helps security analysts transform threats into actionable threat intelligence, taking indicators from a network such as domains and IP addresses, and connects them with nearly every active domain on the internet. Due to our unique capabilities, proprietary technology, and specialized expertise, no other vendor can fulfill the specific requirements of this project.
