The Work to be performed under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment, and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required for the design, procurement, permitting, delivery, and installation of an outdoor wireless public address (“PA”) system at Orchard Beach, located at Pelham Bay Park, Bronx, NY 10464.

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs).

If any Vendors would like to participate in a site visit, please contact Bryan Gulotta at bryan.gulotta@parks.nyc.gov before January 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
