82626Y0758-DEP BWT CENTRISYS CENTRIFUGE PARTS SS

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Environmental Protections, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Centrifuge-Systems LLC (Centrisys) for the purchase of Centrisys centrifuges and parts. The Bureau of Wastewater Treatment (BWT) has dozens of Centrisys dewatering centrifuge systems in its several wastewater resource recovery facilities (WRRFs) for processing and treatment of wastewater in those facilities. These centrifuge parts are needed to replace those that are depleted, worn out, and can no longer be used to ensure proper maintenance and smooth operation of the sludge dewatering centrifuge systems. DEP has determined, that Centrifuge-Systems LLC, is the sole authorized source of these products. Any firm which believes it is authorized to provide such products are welcome to submit an expression of interest.
