PURPOSE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to identify interested contractors capable of performing the specified requirement below. The VA is seeking to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the VA to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The VA will be looking to determine if it is in the Government s best interest to set-aside this requirement for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The VA will be looking to determine if we can expect to receive more than two interested offers and receive a fair and reasonable price at the SDVOSB and/or VOSB set-aside.

DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and testing services as required to construct project Reconfigure Outpatient Rehab Medicine in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The project is located in the basement of building 163 at the Olin E. Teague Veterans Medical Center located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504. Please see the attached SOW. Please request the construction drawings and specifications if you need them to build the rough order of magnitude.
REQUESTED INFORMATION:
Rough Order of Magnitude- A rough estimate of your cost of completing this project in accordance with the SOW and additional attachments. Please request the construction drawings and specifications if you need them to build the rough order of magnitude.
Statement of Capability-Contractor shall address their ability to perform the work outlined in the SOW. Work should show construction projects between $10 million and $20 million. Capability statements should be no more than 5 pages.
Business size and socio-economic status-Please indicate your firm is certified as either SDVOSB or VOSB in SAM.gov and SBA DSBS.
