THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR BID. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market survey in search of capable A/E and construction teams to compete in the anticipated two-phase design/build procurement to provide both design and construction services. The Contracting Officer may set aside the requirement to veteran owned small businesses should this market survey identify at least two capable veteran owned small business or alternatively capable small business to meet the requirement. There is no additional information available. **** All correspondences (through the submission of capability packages) will be sent to the Contracting Officer via email ONLY (mitchelle.labady@va.gov). Any contractors calling VA staff or attempting to visit the Lyons Campus for additional information will be disqualified from consideration.
