General Description:
The primary objective of this procurement is to provide both design and construction services for this project. The scope of work requires an onsite visit to fully assess the Main Electrical Room (D089-1) Switchgear B, Electrical Room (C068F-1) within the main kitchen, sub-basement, and the new kitchen food preparation equipment area. The requirements for this design-build project shall meet VA standards and design guides listed below in Section VIII Resources. The Contractor will provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the statement of work.
The magnitude of construction is: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about November 29, 2024.
