THIS PROJECT SCOPE SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE RENOVATION OF THE 6TH FLOOR WEST WING OF BUILDING ONE AT THE JAMES A. HALEY VA HOSPITAL, LOCATED AT 13000 BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, TAMPA, FLORIDA AS REQUIRED BY THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDED IN THIS ACQUISITION PACKAGE. THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES THE COMPLETE DEMOLITION AND REMODEL OF AN INPATIENT WING. A GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK INCLUDES DEMOLITION OF EXISTING WALLS, FINISHES, MEP, FP, AND OTHER ITEMS TO SUPPORT NEW WORK ALONG WITH MINOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE ASBESTOS REPORT. NEW WORK INCLUDES NEW WALLS, INTERIOR FINISHES, MILLWORK, DOORS, FRAMES, HARDWARE, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL, ACCESS CONTROL, AND OTHER SYSTEMS.
