The last sentence of the first paragraph on page 7 states At least two projects must have been completed by the SDVOSB proposing as Prime for this project; all projects cannot be from stand-alone subcontractors.
We are planning to pursue this project under a joint venture. Our firms have a history of working together and have had multiple JV entities together over the history of our JV partnership. Are projects performed under our previous JV entities applicable as Prime project experience?

VA Response: Yes as long as the JV was the prime on the projects and met requirements listed in this Request for SF330 notice.
