Description
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about November 6th, 2025 for Replace CLC Doors at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-24-603

The Scope of this project includes but is not limited to remove and replace noted interior doors within Building 78(CLC) and Building 76(Medical Center). Majority of the opening listed in the drawings are emergency egress doors.

The total project duration for this project is not to exceed 180 days from the date of the NTP issuance. This includes all processes starting with submission and approval of all submittals and ending with final punch list completion.

The NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business standard is $45.0 M. The cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
