03226Y0080-Crow Canyon Extension

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department Of Investigation intends to enter into a sole source contract with Crow Canyon System, Inc. for the purchase of Crow Canyon Platnum Implementation. Crow Canyon Systems, Inc is the sole provider of Crow Canyon SharePoint O365-IT Help Desk & Asset Management, Crow Canyon SharePoint O365-Work Orders & Equipment Tracking, Crow Canyon SharePoint O365-Purchasing & Contract Management, Crow Canyon SharePoint O365-Request Manager & all other Crow Canyon applications. Crow Canyon - NITRO Studio & NITRO Engage Bot, Crow Canyon - End User Portal, Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 versions of the above programs, including in the Commercial, GCC, and GCC High Environments. Crow Canyon Implementation Packages - Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platnum and any and all renewals of the above.

Any vendor, besides Crow Canyon Systems, Inc that believes they can provide all of the above services from 7/1/2026 to 6/30/2027 is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPORT RFI No. 03226Y0080 no later than June 29, 2026 by 2:00PM. Please complete the Acknowledgement tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses Questionnaire tab. If your company is proposing to provide all of the services described above, please submit a letter on company letterhead confirming your firm's capability to perform such services. The submission must also include written authorization from Crow Canyon Systems, Inc. verifying that your company is an authorized provider of these services.
