Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”) to enter into sole source negotiations with SoundThinking Inc with the expectation that SoundThinking Inc will be awarded a three year contract with the NYPD for Casebuilder Proprietary Software Support & Services, maintenance, upgrades and enhancements. The basis of this determination is that SoundThinking Inc is the sole provider and uniquely qualified to provide these specialized services for NYPD’s Information Technology Bureau. Any vendor besides SoundThinking Inc that believes it can provide these services is invited to do so. To respond in PASSPort, please upload an Expression of Interest in the Documents Submission Section of the Manage Responses tab.  If you have questions about the details of the RFx, please submit them through the Discussion with Buyer tab.
