This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The NYC Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) is seeking an appropriately qualified consultant to produce feasibility reports to inform the capital planning process for two to three nonprofit cultural organizations. Please review the attached documents for further information.

Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab. Vendor resources and materials can be found at this link under the Finding and Responding to RFx heading: https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/getting-started-with-passport.page
