Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, Department of Environmental Protections, intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Detection Instruments Corp. The New York City Department of Environmental Protection - Bureau of Wastewate Treatment requires calibration and repair services for Acrulog Data Loggers.

DEP uses Acrulog H2S meters to monitor H2S for odor survey and control citywide. These meters are required for monitoring and survey compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.

DEP has determined that Detection Instruments Corp is the sole authorized source of this service. Any firm which believes is authorized to provide such services are welcome to submit an expression of interest and letter stating from the manufacturer that they are authorized to provide it.
