This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the
City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,000,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is issuing a solicitation to
obtain a qualified Vendor to provide a Price Quote on various Art Supplies to be ordered on an as needed basis..
Note to Vendor : All subcontractors must be submitted in PASSPort for approval by the City. The total amount of work that is permitted to be subcontracted shall not exceed 40% of the contract value unless otherwise approved by the City in writing.
