1. The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for Request for Proposal 1 X1x Technical Writer for Canadian Joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) JDT, and we are inviting you to provide quotes.

2. If you intend to bid:

a. Complete and sign the Cover Page, Bid Solicitation Cover Page and return to this email address;

b. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A

c. Sign and return the Annex B, Basis of Payment.

e. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of RFP.

g. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name.

i. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B

j. Fill out Annex D, Non disclosure agreement.

k. Fill out all appendixes and attachments.

l. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 02 January 2026
